Your mission

Your mission is to take care of our customers and users in order to deliver the best experience possible. In short, you’ll be responsible of:

  • Respond to customer and users requests and questions
  • Take care of our community to delight them
  • Keep an eye on social medias, emails and feedback forms
  • Summarize community’s feedbacks to enhance the overall app experience

Your Profile

  • You are obsessed by happiness creation
  • You’ve a great sense of humor to create buzzy answers on social medias
  • You are patient and can easily deal with unhappy people without stressing
  • You love social interactions
  • You speak English and French or Dutch
